The Fortaleza locals are best known for their very friendly attitude and their hospitality. The city proudly maintains certain local traditions, allowing you to experience how the ‘jangadeiros’, the local fishermen, offload their daily catch. Fortaleza features well over 25 km of virgin beaches suitable for swimming, including the Praia do Futuro and Jericoacoara beaches. Its combination of untouched nature, solid, modern infrastructure and refined tourist facilities featuring excellent service make Fortaleza into a modern city eagerly visited by Brazilian and Latin American visitors.$225,-

General information Brazil
To many, the Brazil is synonymous to football. Brazil is the largest country of South America and indeed one of the largest in the world. The country borders Suriname, Guyana, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay. The Fernando de Noronha archipelago, 500 km from the Brazilian coast, also belongs to the country. Brazil is a mountainous country. Its highest peak is Pico de Neblina, in the Amazon, which rises to a height of 3,000 metres. Iguaçu National Park is a major natural park located in the south west of the Brazilian State of Paraná, close to where the borders of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay join. Here, the Iguaçu River empties into the Paraná River, after tumbling over a plateau edge at the world-famous Iguaçu Falls. Particularly impressive among these is the so-called Devil’s Throat, a U-shaped, 80 metre-high fall. The Falls are surrounded by a massive subtropical rainforest which is home to over 2,750 plant species. Should you wish to see everything this impressive country has to offer, we advise you to organise a tour.
